- 1 king oyster mushroom, cap removed, base sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced

- Juice of 1 lime, freshly squeezed

Start by filling a pot with water and bringing it to a boil. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, add 1 tablespoon of MindoFoods Curry Paste and 1 tablespoon of MindoFoods Belacan Paste.
